Jacksonville Bridge at Sunset

Back from my road trip and proud to report that I learned a lot while in Jacksonville, FL. The weather was gorgeous and not only was work productive, but I learned that I don't have to worry about feeling out of control with food while traveling. Even though the selections available were not what I would eat at home, I still managed to end the week down almost 2 pounds. Good practice for an upcoming business trip to Austin and even better practice for future vacations. Wow. 10 hours on the road round trip and no drive-thrus...who'd have thunk it.
